About my feet, well at this moment most of the time I try to walk without my crutch when I'm inside the house and at the office. Outside I walk (very slowly) most of the time with only one crutch. I do ride my bike again but only for small trips to the shoppingcentre and the office I work on mornings, wich are about 5 minutes from my home. Last saturday I biked towards my parents and my inlaws, was near "total loss" at the end of the day and had to go to bed real early. I don't have any physical condition left I'm afraid and need to build it up from scratch so to speak.
But it slowly gets better every week and I'm pretty fanatical to do my physical therapy program and I'm planning to astonish my specialist with my speedy recovering ;0)
