Neem een plastic boodschappentas en vouw hem overdwars dubbel. Vouw heb nu nog een keer, maar nu maar tot halverwege en knip boven- en onderkant af.

Neem je schaar en begin repen van 1cm te knippen tot vlak voorbij de rand halverwege. Let er op niet overdwars doorknippen, je stopt met knippen ongeveer 3 cm van de andere rand.

Get your scissors and start cutting stripes about 1cm width until right after the first side. Be sure not to cut it intirely from one side to the other... you need to stop at about 3 cm from the edge!

Vouw of schud alles los, neem 1 zijde van tas en knip van het het punt waar gestopt is rechtdoor naar het tegenover liggende punt. Er wordt maar één zijde van de tas op deze manier geknipt! Je hebt nu dus een heleboel ringen die nog aan één kant vastzitten.

Fold it out , release one of the sides and start cutting from one cutting point straight across to the other cutting point.Only one side will be cut like this! What you have now is a lot of rings wich are connected at one side.

Aan de andere kant beginnen we aan de zij(boven)kant en knippen diagonaal tot het eerste knippunt. We knippen nu steeds van het het punt waar gestopt is diagonaal naar het volgen punt.

Als alles goed gegaan is heb je nu één hele lange plastic draad over. Deze vouw ik voor of tijdens gebruik nog eens in de lengte dubbel, zodat het bleke gedeelte aan de binnenkant zit en de heldere kleuren aan de buitenzijde.

If you did well on the cutting part, you now will have one long thread of yarn.

Before or while using it, I fold the thread so the pale side will be inside, leaving the bright colors outside.
